Our Parents and Prams class is designed to give parents with babies to toddlers a chance to exercise in a supportive environment.
We know that children can be unpredictable, so we have built a safe community where all that attend understand there will be children making noise, they may have iPad and/or snacks and may even sit with you on the Reformer as you work out and as staff, we do our best to try and help look after children while parents are working out.
For new mothers, this class also takes into account the needs your body has post-birth and is designed around these needs. This class is our answer to a creche as we lack the space for a creche.
