We have designed our Mat tone and balance classes as a dynamic set of sequences often using fun Pilates props to help increase not only your fitness, but also your coordination, balance and core strength. While working on improving all of these things you will improve your overall body tone and shape.
Every class is different, but we use basic principles of core activation, isometric holds, strength and flow so you will recognise your improvements from week to week. This class is perfect for every body and our highly trained instructors will advise you of any modifications if you require them. Pregnant women, injured people and less mobile people can do these classes and it is a fantastic way for them to get some exercise in their day.
